INVERNALIA RENT A CAR

 We were completely satisfied from day one. Carlos, who helped us, was amazing. He was super efficient in everything and kept us updated via photos and videos on WhatsApp about how to pick up the car at the Bariloche airport. I loved the setup (they leave the car in the parking lot with the key and a full tank, so you don’t have to wait for anyone to pick it up). You have to return it in the same condition. They gave me a brand-new Renault Sandero (it had barely 40 km on it). I recommend them 100%, and the next time I go back south, I’ll definitely rent from them again.

 The cars were excellent. The staff at the office were very helpful and more than willing to take care of any details. We reserved the car, sent them our information, then arrived at the office, signed the paperwork, and drove off with the car... Flawless!!!

The service was excellent. Carlos was very attentive and responsive, and communicated clearly with us at all times. Plus, they were the only car rental agency with a selection of infant and child car seats, which, by the way, were in good condition. I highly recommend choosing Winterfell.

All I did was book through the website two months in advance; I didn’t contact them during that time, and the day I arrived at the airport, they were already waiting for me with a sign. The guy who handed me the car, Carlos, was super attentive and explained everything very clearly; he responds instantly to any questions. I had booked a Toyota Etios or similar model. Based on past experiences with the term "similar," I was expecting something of lower quality, but they actually gave me the Etios. And the car was practically brand new—I loved it.

The cars are modern and fuel-efficient. These guys are fun to talk to and they’ll treat you well. Go see Carlos and bring U.S. dollars to get a big discount. There’s no need to go to the office—just give them a call and they’ll come to you at the airport or your hotel. Carlos will give you his personal cell phone number, and he’s available 24/7 should you need him. We didn’t have any issues with the car or the service. I highly recommend this company because they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. When I come back, they’ll be the first ones I call.
